I don't think It's necessarily a good thing that Bay12 be recieving Anonymous' attention. Or donations. Never accept "donations" from the mafia; they'll claim you owe them money, and charge interest.

That being said, I'd assume that if Happyface isn't the troll, then someone out there probably is toying with us.

Also, if Toady recieved a donation so sizable from any source, he might as well commission one of our many highly-talented engraversartists to paint up a reward for all the interwebs.

Okay, let me clear up some misconceptions about 4chan. "Anonymous" is an organization that is derived from 4chan, and many of its members like to go onto 4chan. However, it's usually /b/, the worst and most immature part of 4chan, which every other board hates with a passion. "Anonymous" is considered a bunch of stupid kids and attention whores. The thread where this originates is /v/, the video game board. Although the /v/ board is known for hating many video games, DF is not one of them. http://vsrecommendedgames.wikia.com/wiki/PC The game is adored on 4chan, and the video game generals board, /vg/ as well. One of the reasons why is that Toady hasn't sold out, and is constantly making new content.
Granted, this could be a huge troll and then I'm sorry for wasting all of your time.

No. /v/ has standards, in any case Anons aren't attention whores, what with being Anons and all.
The only thing this could be a wind up for if it's for the lulz. Possible, but I for one am happy for /v/'s generosity.
