You are a cat-sized carnivorous feathered lizard with a love for squeaky toys. You are also the pet of a small family. You are mostly happy with them, but lately they've seemed... odd. At first you waved it off as just them being afraid of an upcoming storm, but when it passed and they were still nervous around you, you determined something.

You must learn what's making them uncomfortable.

Right now, you are in your bed. The only other notable things in the room are a scratching post, a bowl of water, and a plate of chicken. The exits you can see are a half open window and a heavily scratched door. You are kind of hungry. What will you do?

So, this is a hopefully original suggestion game. I'll tell you something about the world, but most of it is for you to discover.

First: It takes place in the kingdom of Wradum, where magic is used far and wide and magical beasts are hunted by many.
Second: It is mostly high fantasy.
Third: There is a creature known as a Hyarim. They are extremely rare and poisonous.
Fourth: You are a baby Hyarim.
Five: THERE IS A PLOT!

And before you ask, I know strawberries don't grow on trees.

You remember you're a carnivore, and devour the chicken. You scratch at the door, getting one of the children to come and open it. It reach down and pets your head. "Hi Featherdust! Liked your breakfast?"

You grumble at the name Featherdust. You can stand it, but you still prefer your true name... come to think of it, what is your name? And at that, what gender are you?

Well, you'll decide on your name later. For now, you make noises at the child. It giggles and tosses a squeaky toy into the room. You chase after it and begin maiming it.
