how do you all feel about the deadline? If next monday is too soon we may set the deadline for the following week.

Spoiler: little update on the fort (click to show/hide)

got heavily decimated again by goblin attack, although a few steel clad champions arose victoriously. the attack was shortly followed by the appearance of 2 more forgotten beasts who decided to storm the fortress together. A one eyed bee and a humanoid made of wood opal (with a bulging trunk that shot webs) managed to take down a few workers and the captain of the guard. Both were then slain by the son of said captain of the guard - and if I remember correctly they were both decapitated with a steel spear
The following tantrum spiral made cleaning up and managing the fort almost impossible, so I did the only sane thing and proceeded to flood the fort with both magma and water. Pompeji-esque hijinks ensued and a cloud of black smoke was all that remained.

and I still haven't found that damn corpse. oh well

I had originally planned to have a serpent man or two in it as well but I couldn't get him to come out right. I eventually just decided to leave him out.
