Am I the only one doing those lists? Oh, and please number your proposals better - the strategy ones are all over the nomenclature. It's greek alphabet, that is Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, Epsilon, Zeta, Theta, Iota...

So, a new design project:
10. Design a new aircraft engine, hopefully being much more powerful than the old one. I don't care particularly about the weight right now, as long as its kW/kg are good and it's lighter than a ton.
Start the failed project newly.

3.1: Instead of only building a test-engine, try building a complete rocket - the Mk. I Rocket Torpedo.
Give it an armour-piercing warhead, a range of about a kilometre and the ability to keep its height for that range - basically, deploy it ten metres over the sea outside an enemy ship's flak range and let it fly in the superstructure. If it doesn't work, no problem - we have something to do for the aeronautics team while they wait for the other five guys to be trained, and gain experience.

Also, voting for Resilient and easily maneuverable + variable speed for the torpedo

Voting for fuel efficient and variable speed.

(( I'll do my main voting tonight and do an updated list with it then. ))

11. Punisher torpedo boat
Designed to overwhelm capital ships in one short dash, this ship has almost no systems installed if you don't count torpedoes, due to this it got very narrow form allowing it to improve it's speed and become smaller target. Additionally few subsystems make the boat cheap to produce
Unlike Sharks this ships designed to be seaworthy
One notable feature of the ship is an auxulary propeller powered by gasoline engine similar to one used on the Shark patrol boat. Used for accelerating when this is really needed Finally this boat has something rather unique, a ram to make nice large holes in enemy ships
It's secondary role is to detect and destroy subs

300-400t displacement
100-150t diesel propulsion
5t petrol propulsion (same engine as on the Sharks)
100-150t torpedo boat parts
1t 15mm AA machinegun (at least some aa protection and that may be enough to sink surfaced subs)
12t torpedo systems (nose torpedo tubes)
24t torpedos
30-50t:  torpedo-rockets from 3.1, also placed on nose (or nothing if that not voted)
20t-50t: ram\nose armor (as it will be pointed to the enemy with the nose it should be able to withstand small caliber hits there, and ramming is an option for the brave sailors)
20t - nose armor
10t - hand deployed mines\depth charges

We need something to kill enemy cruisers! Swarm of ships like that can do the job, even if none will return, few cruisers will make the exchange nice thing...
Imagine defending against those when dueling with our cruisers

vote 3.1,11,2

If you let me comment the design nicely: Oh god, no!
Well, at least that was my first reaction upon seeing it equipped with a ram. And, it still is for that ram. The other systems look pretty nice - they can complement the cruisers nicely. But the ramming tonnage will mostly be useless - ramming may be useful against unarmoured enemy ships (note the may, that's a pretty big may), but will therefore need to close within close range. And, looking at our own models, it would be engaged by 40mm guns and 15mm machine guns long before closing - even when the main guns are occupied.
Therefore, I propose 11.1: Design the Punisher without the ram and only with light armour. Only include the rocket torpedoes if they are successfully designed. Use free place for more torpedoes and more engines (half/half).
Now, my votes: 3.1, 5, 10, 11.1. A.1, C.1, E, Hotel.

A good ram should make the ship faster as it creates a small amount of turbulence to lower drag.

12. Ripper class catamatran. It's a Shark, butt mounted on a two narrow extensions, each half a meter wide and a meter longer then the Shark.(large)

Aerodynamic, resilent, and easily manuverable for my raven traits

10,1,6,5,A.1,Epsilon.

Three and 3.1 arent really the same thing, and I assume the sub is the small one. Also, for aircraft production, I think we can get a maximum of 50 per year from that factory right now.

Hence I suggested building a second factory as E to double production, we've got catching up to do.

Or we can retool the thing, to speed it up, lower the cost and increase capacity. Lets not forget that our bosses are pissed at us for ordering all those factories.

Considering the current situation, I don't think they mind.

Also, note that the onsite factory is also used for prototypes, and for other on site construction.

They were pissed about it because we were not at war, we're at war now.

And as is true of all politicians, they are wetting themselves and trying to find ways of saving themselves. A big air force helps with that.
