Jotun are killable, you just need an army of legendary warriors

Jee wilikers, I think Highmax is near invulnerable, must have been dunked in the river styx like achilles was.

Bloody age was the same, and you know that

Yeah but didn't Bloody Age get sealed up whenever things it couldn't handle showed up?

Yeah, but that's because of the whole "Jotun are massive bastards that throw fire" thing if memory serves...

Bloody age sealed up, but whenever a siege showed up, the warriors march out and teared them a new one. Only the Jotun killed any, and they killed sint last after he killed 3 and I think knocked one off into the moat which froze over before he could get out. This is why I never let splint have kids , she'd tear down the entire place down to its foundation and then some

No fort can survive a badassery overload. When you gather too much badassery into one place you get a baddassery singularity and all of reality is drawn into a single awesome point before exploding outwards in an eye searing cascade of epic win.

Splints children would also probably become raging berserkers that would probably kick timeless bobs ass on a regular basis just to establish dominance. Then they take over the army with a bunch of raging soldiers that are all related and murser anything that came near the fortress till the Jotun arrive and murder everything that moves, and they'd all die in a suicidal attack that was "Dwarfy" to do

That seems to imply they'll be beaten.

Dwarf please?

Sure I'll dwarf you.  Kinda in a rut on Starbound right now anyway.  I'll start updating momentarily.  Got a choice of dwarf you want?

Journal of Karkov:

Now that things have gone back to being slightly peaceful, the village has been running in a sort of automatic mode.  We went ahead and linked up a few of those floodgates in the river and finally made that lever useful.  We opened the floodgates and they flow wonderfully into some grates and create a small waterfall down by the fishing pier.

Not a bad idea of the old overseer.

Splint and Grim came up to me today, I thought we were in some dire need until they told me that Highmax might be a little bit angry if I gave him a new axe or anything.  I was curious and asked them why that would be.  I shouldn'tve asked.

I'm even less sure how to deal with this than I was five minutes ago.

I was rather proud of building that room to exploit the waterfall, though Splint was the one who sorted out a proper drainage system for it.
