Just basic checkups for starters. If you want to be general (because I can type all these in specifics but I presume it would be too...'technical'. ), then go along the lines of 'The Doctor begins x, then y, then z, and finds you [Healthy?]' based on a roll.

However questions are usually issued at that matter on the Doctor focusing on the exact cause. Like 'Did you do [STRENOUS] activity...' 'How big was the rock? (?)' 'Where did you first feel the pain'

And ask about patient medical history and stuff.

> Detailed as how they're 'seen' and not explained.
