So really, just tell about a time you died so weirdly/epic/ or so hilarious, or if the opponent did.
Really I was just out walking and I found a goblin. I literally ran right up on it, grabbed its upperbody, shoved it to the ground, and started punching his ugly face in. He died of a torn brain.
and oddly he didn't even get a shot in on me....

I had a hero whose name was Lifedestined. I step into water and promptly drown at the base of a waterfall. Not very destined for life, eh?

On my first time playing (when I had almost no clue what to do), I got completely massacred by a stray donkey. I couldn't even land a hit on it before it reduced my adventurer's body to a messy pile of meat.

i remember this time when as an adventurer i had gotten to be a legend, i mean my guy also known as Rubal Hexedkittens  killed gods, dragons and the occasional titans single handly when in the end after racking up 382 notable kills becoming a necromancer vampiric were cat did he and his entire army get killed by an Elvish Baby (that some how managed to after slaying my entire skeleton and corpse army which included vampire lords, gods,several demons, and 2 of the titans)) get thwarted by said baby i deemed that it should have been wounded enough to slay myself for this terrible beast must have been some new-borne god i went towards it jabbed at its head (being so kind as to grant this godlike being that was my equal a swift death) did it  dodge an punch Rubal in the head through his "aquired"(looted) adamantine helmet and tear my brain thus killing me

Playing as a bat-person, getting attacked by a hostile warrior in the depths of some huge crypt. He's got metal armour and superior skills, but I'm slightly faster, so I just run away down the halls until they open up into the upper catwalk of a four-story great-hall-thing. Being a bat, I simply fly off and escape. But the guy is so hell-bent on my blood that he charges off, falls four z-levels, shatters his bones, and passes out. I land next to him, take his own sword, and stab him in the throat. Victory!

I just started playing Adventurer mode this week after many years of Fortress mode.  My first death was horribly funny, I picked up a Giant Eagle corpse and put it in my backpack, and then ran into a mummy.  The mummy wasn't what killed me....

There was the time I killed a goblin with gravity and his own sword. We were fighting atop a fortress tower and the goblin was standing on a ramp. The combat log went like this:
You hack the Goblin Swordsman in the right hand with your +Steel Battleaxe+ and the severed part sails off in an arc!
The goblin swordsman loses hold of Silver Shortsword.
The goblin swordsman stumbles over backwards!
The flying silver shortsword strikes the goblin in the head, piercing the skull and tearing the brain!
The globin swordsman has been struck down.
So he lost his footing when I lopped his hand off, fell down the ramp, and died when his own sword(probably with his severed hand still grasping it) came down on his head.
Does that count as a kill or assisted suicide?

that...thats actually quite epic. you brought tears to my eyes from a glorious description of a murdered goblin.

Once upon a time, there was a dwarf. He was going to be the world's greatest crossbowman.

He entered a house, looking for meatshields companions, when a random fellow shouted his name and told him to prepare to die.

In self-defense as the peasant ninja approached with a boning knife, he hit him upside the head.

Another fellow got ticked at the dwarf for attacking another, and promptly caved his skull in.

Man, I hate those dwarf nazis elf sympathizers jerks.

Went to town, started martial trance as hammerdwarf, many skulls were bashed in with brains oozing out that day.

I started a game as a human adventurer. I kicked a cat. it bit into my leg crippling it and the rest of the cats ran over and killed me.
