[REQ] LCS without Politcal side (If that makes sense)

I want to get back into LCS but I want to test a few things for my next plan like Raiding etc, I would like to know If anyone has a modded the game for it not to effect the Political side of the game A.K.A everything starts at Moderate, Thanks guys!
