Oh, are you celebrating your birthday like a hobbit and giving presents to other people? I find family trees interesting. What's Misty's like?

Lielac likes adamantine, magnetite, marble, the color olive green, battle axes, cats for their aloofness, dragons for their terrible majesty, women for their beauty, and the Oxford comma for its disambiguating properties. When possible, she prefers to consume pear cider and nectarines. She absolutely detests kobolds.

Misty is an orphan.  Her adoptive father is the Duke and legendary armorsmith, Mosus Bothonnazom.

In honour of your birthday and the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday in the states, could we do a very merry kobold Thanksgiving? Something about a bunch of half-starved kobold managing to steal an entire sheep and being thankful for the bounty of food and wool it provides. If those kobolds survive until Christmas, can we also have them steal all the left socks from a ShieldDawn stockpile for use in Kobold Christmas? I know that's a long and complicated request, but...

Also Can we have s'more backstory on ShieldDawn please? :) I don't care if it's a textdump.

Misty: Just milk your goddess already.

Wait, that sounded cleaner in my mind.

Also, happy birthday! Do not stress yourself to make an update for this day, it's a day you should receive gifts instead.

I hope you have a happy birthday.

Isn't it neat that your birthday is the same day as the Armistice?
(No, I don't blame you for not knowing and/or not caring. It's a history nerd thing.)

"Um, do you need help with anything? Like getting out of that pen?" I bet there's a farmer's workshop very near the cows. Is there a bucket handy?

What's the material value multiplier for Cow God Cheese? Could be a serious economy item.

Talk a cook into grabbing some 3xCow God cheese, 1xFlour, and crafting a cheese roast, and you've invented nachos!

Excellent birthday to you, good sir, and if you're in the habit of handing out gifts to all that ask, could you tell us if a certain fort or DF experience gave birth or affected TLCM in any major way?

Questions in red, so as not to get mixed up with suggestions?

Excellent birthday to you, good sir, and if you're in the habit of handing out gifts to all that ask, could you tell us if a certain fort or DF experience gave birth or affected TLCM in any major way?

It's based strongly off a fort I had once, and influenced by about a dozen other forts I had in both Vanilla and MW (for example, sewers flooding and blocking off all the lower levels, trade depot fiasco's, HERT squads, fortress design, some stuff we haven't reached in the story yet, etc).  I might do a one-page quick and dirty little strip about BannerBuckets, one of my first forts and a failed Fortress in-universe.  It'd be a fun way to show the dangers of overly ambitious fort design and have a little bit of world-building in the process.

I hope you have a happy birthday.

Literally everyone in America knows about Veterans Day, friend. :P

Yes, 11/11 is a neat day to have as a birthday for a multitude of reasons!  Thank you so much for the birthday wishes, both you and everyone else! ^_^

I'm feeling generous, so if there's any details about the story you want to know, I'll answer them (provided they don't spoil the story).

EvictedSaint, let Armok's hammer forge you a year of good fortune.
Also, I would like to inform you that this exists.

Engraved is a superior rendition of an image of Arkoth, the local deity of balance and speech, and two elves. Arkoth is burning the two elves. Arkoth is laughing. The two elves are suffering. The image was commissioned by the Round Guild, a local dwarven government.

Super hard to churn out regular updates when I've got KSP updating to 1.0.4, Fallout 4 coming out, and a project at work I'm desperately trying to get finished.

I like the order you listed your priorities.

But yeah, don't take time away from your birthday unless you were already planning to do so.  Of course, if you DID want to pass the day chatting about videogame dwarves and deity cheeses on the internet, who would I be to judge?

Misty: "Surely, there must be something you can do even in your mortal form that a normal cow could not....other than talking of course."

Go for it.  Or some variant like "So . . . got any cool powers?"
