You can hear screeching outside and loud wet slithering outside, everything smells slightly sulfury, something slaps against the window, it looks an awful lot like a tentacle.

Kira opens his eyes and sees his laptop computer open and directly next to him, he tries to start it and discovers it is out of power.

Whoops, looks like I fell asleep in front of my compy again.

I must have unplugged it on accident in my sleep.

I wonder what time it is.

Kira looks at the clock, it is slightly smoking and the plastic is cracked.

Whoops, I think I hit it a bit too hard, it looks pretty broken.

Better power up my compy, forgot where my phone is.

Probably left it somewhere in the living room.

Also I probably should get dressed it's a tad cold in here.

Now the question is, which should I do first?

Kira contemplates trying to get dressed in his closet, and at the same time searching the living room for his phone, and at the same time getting his computer working in his bedroom. He doesn't think that will work.

Kira looks around the living room and sees the following: The couch, the TV, a squash plant in a bucket, an armchair, a Steam Machine hooked up to the TV, several books on a bookshelf, and what may very well be his phone, wedged between two books.

I don't remember putting it there, I hope that's it.

Kira then decides to do a little dance of victory.

d?jt[12] Kira does a rather good dance, it involves quite a bit of wiggling, swaying, bending, and stretching. Kira happens to be fairly good at that kind of dancing, he took classes at one point for shits and giggles.

A few seconds after Kira finishes dancing, he hears the sound of keys jingling and someone unlocking the living room door.

Oh! Right! Thaaat was why I set the alarm. I better get dressed now.
