Taking out a small, slightly worn notepad, she begins to quickly - and rather messily - inscribe a series of disjointed notes via a demonstrator fountain pen. The dot-points, cursively formed with practiced hand and heavily abbreviated, documented their writer's observations thus far along, sparsely interlaced with conjectural comments on the supposed reasons for these odd circumstances. Afterwards, with pen and notepad still in hand, she looks for someone else to question.
