So yeah, a bunch of ranks:

Most of Club 404's NPCs are E (The Hissing Man, Shiro and Momoko, Those Two Guys). Neoferrum LAC-15 and the Dryad both rank D.

Alicia ranks C- Melee, which may surprise you until you realize that she's just never had that much incentive to improve. Either that or she holds back all the time. Who knows. In any event, she gets a Melee qualifier because her rank has very little to do with her magical ability and more to do with direct combat. The TSAB may or may not have something for this in canon, but I can't really say.

Akira is B, Melee. Again, direct combat type. Unlike Alicia, though, she doesn't let her potential nigh invulnerability make her lazy, plus she can put in decent work with shaping her metal body when she metals it.

Nora is B Composite, which is a fancy way of saying she's not worth that rank in a fair fight. Her impressive firestarting abilities put her up there, though.

As for PCs...

As stated before, Miranda would be F, but the combination of her strength and her gunnery puts her at C, Physical, since she uses entirely mass-based, physical attacks where the TSAB generally prefers magic stuff.

Ori gets C+ Composite, because of her shapeshifting which lets her do any number of things the TSAB finds worthy of arbitrary rank points. Again, though, her exterior magic usage is more of an E level, it's only her shifting that she excels in.

Marie is just OP, fuck her.

Sarah is D without her machines, as none of her forms do well in any sort of direct battle, and the one thing she CAN do (buffs and debuffs via faerie) she's not all that good at. However, enter her techno-manifestation, and it's a whole different kettle of fish. As said before, let her get anywhere close to a TSAB Dimensional Navy ship and she could be unstoppable, assuming the spirit cooperated.

Titan is C+ for raw magic power, and although she might be lower for her poor combat skills, she balances it out because of her high efficiency and knowing ALL THE SPELLS. Pretty straightforward.

If you want, you can compare it to Fire Emblem, because hey, FEF is kinda popular. E is the level of civilians- a few tricks, but nothing in battle. D would be about trainee level- basic fighting units. C is normal, and everything else gets into varying levels of sillyness.

Oh, and while we're on the subject, it's worth mentioning that the TSAB also has a surprisingly simple class/role sorting scheme! It's actually not too dissimilar from the roles in your MMOs and MOBAs and whatever you want to call it, so this should be easy. There are four types, which have fancy names but I'll just list them as Front, Center, Back, and Side for convenience. Let us begin the lesson!

Fronts are your standard tanking/melee types. They take damage, punch enemies in the face, take damage, do damage.... you get the idea. They may or may not be powerful in their own right, but their primary job is to be the point (wo)men. (Or persons.) Pretty much every single knight goes here. Depending on how mobile Tasrak is, he might go here.

Centers are bombardment, artillery, and other forms of ranged DPS. They're not supposed to move around too much and focus primarily on blowing shit up. While I can't remember any examples among other characters, Nora Ignis and most of your glass cannons would qualify. (Nora is one of them.) Titan would also fit here.

Backs are your support types: summoners, healers, buffs and debuffs, what have you. This doesn't need too much explanation. Sarah and Yukiko would both most likely be sorted here.

Sides are melee DPS: speedy flanker types, also in charge of preventing enemy speedy flanker types from getting to the Centers or Backs. Korloth would DEFINITELY go here.

Zeus discharges all the electricity he has in his body, creating a giant orb of destruction which explodes and does damage to the surrounding area, as well as stunning them for a turn(should the passive be activated, the stunning time adds up)

Big TOM(Thunderbolt Of Mckenzie) - His electrical guitar. It is convertible to a weapon, and he can play on it too.
