Create a Setting

Exactly What it Says on the Tin. You guys post suggestions, and I integrate them, thereby creating a setting. Suggest races, cultures, landmarks, composition etc. I'm fairly certain there is nothing else to mention. Correct me if I'm wrong. I'll post updates of the world every 14 posts, at the top of each new page. Ready?

Sadly, but cows became extinct centuries ago. Their shit is a very rare delicacy, available only to the upper class. Low-standing golems survive on sunlight. Tasteless, dull and boooring.

We could replace 'shit' with something else, such as magic.
Yeah, they eat magical essence, or residue or whatever is left after use of magic.

The golems were originally built by a race of intelligent humanoid ants, who have since gone deep underground, never to be seen by the overworld inhabitants again.

And already I see why I love Bay12. Only we could come up with this kind of stuff.
Anyway...
Magic is elemental in all it's forms, and is either EARTH, WATER, FIRE or AIR. Each time a person uses some magic another kind is weakened, while that one is strengthened.

It is said that the ghosts of the bands gather at the center of the planet every year to have a contest of Music, said to be called "The Battle of the Bands".
