"This gun does not handle well at that distance." Nora replied half-sarcastically. "I don't think we can use them as aid?"

She tugged at the top of her uniform as a tip.

"Hmm. That might work, except I don't think the Americans have any girls, or old men in their army.

Nora cocked an eyebrow at how quick Heinkel got her plan.

"They'll be wondering about the lack of a jeep soon enough though. So any ideas? I could stay back with the..err, 'old man' if that's what you call him. The rest of you could try that plan...with modesty of course."

Wolfgang steps out of the foliage to join the rest of his party.

"Has the party already started?"

Miniturn: Surrender

Listen more! Try to overpower my morning sleepiness and attain True Awareness, like they taught me at the academy a couple of times before sticking a cap on me and promoting me to officer ranks.
Watch the area for any more movement, and be ready to get moving.

Commander Hans once again tries his hardest to pay attention to the field and hear anything of note. (/) He successfully manages to perceive enemy movement behind the tree as well as the driver just now; probably two light tanks plus troops and anything else that isn't causing any considerable noise, such as AT guns and lighter recon vehicles. Reiner doesn't see any movement aside from his squadmates and the Jeep's crew.

Two-line action.
Make the americans get out of the jeep, and make sure they are completely disarmed.

Both Nora and Heinkel get the prisoners out of the car, though the female soldier's chuckling doesn't make them any happier. After getting the young men in front of their vehicle, their sidearms are also taken from them. Aside from the mounted machine gun and a long belt of .30 ammo, they manage to squeeze out of the soldiers three Colt M1911 pistols plus three .45 ACP magazines, one M1 Garand rifle with four clips and two M1 Carbines plus six 15-round magazines. There's also their infantry gear, which includes field rations and even some bars of chocolate.

>Yes?
"Could you guys also make a hamburger out of this arm when they cut it off? I wanted to eat it just for the sake of tasting it."
>That is horrible and disgusting. It will no doubt set you apart and create fear in your team mates. So of course.

((Woops, was thinking the MG34 was mounted to the roof. Sorry D:))

Reiner stands up from his seat, and begins fumbling around in the Puma as he gathers up the tools needed while speaking over his shoulder,

"Commander I'll leave you to drive the Puma if its absolutely needed while I go, and take that .30 Cal off of its mount but before I do that I have a plan I'd like to suggest to you since I think I have a way for us to cripple the enemy with minimal risk. If you can get the other car to give up their AT mines, and then gather all the hand grenades you can from the infantry we can set up a trap here for the remainder of this scouting element. We'll set up some tripwire bombs with those hand grenades, and hide the anti-tank mines in the places the light tanks are most likely to move through as they'll need some room to move around this shouldn't be that hard all things told.

While that is happening our armored cars can take hull-down positions farther bag, camouflage the hulls and such while we set the support infantry spread out in concealed position with one of them manning the .30 Cal from higher ground. The tripwires and mines will do the brunt of the work and then we open fire into anything still working, once that's done we can hightail it out of here and the enemy will be somewhat blinded for a short period of time allowing us to carry out some recon further afield. Thoughts?"

((...I [Nora] was thinking about armor penetration o-o))

"Now if only we had Michael Boer (that NPC Radio Operator back in the car) here, we could reroute any radio in this jeep back to the car, or at least detect Allied signals. Hah! Supplies.

"I'll give the men their food back--we're not thieves. If anyone is to escort them back, I'll do it. Nobody else will handle the mortar. As for the jeep--I hope the Allies won't miss it enough. We should have brought a radio though. The commander would love to know our find.

"I wonder-..."

Try to communicate with the Americans. Shift from dialect to language, given my career and experiences (as in, try English). Ask them on their mission as I hand them back their food and carrying equipment [and by that I mean hand them their rations. Keep the chocolate for the commander :v] Nicely.

She shifted her pistol and gave the Americans a look over, along with a calm smile and raised eyebrows. "They're afraid. Why are they afraid? We won't hurt them."

Edit: Clarified.

"Makes sense, I guess. Let's do it," Hans says. He's not sure he got the point of it entirely, but it sounded like a maneuver that'd help prevent him getting shot too much.

"Alright then lets get this show on the road."

Reiner said over his shoulder as he clambered out of the armored car, and made his way over to the jeep with the toolbox clutched under his arm and wrench in hand. As he approaches Nora he stops and says,

"What in the hell are you doing? They're the enemy give them nothing back and tie them up already."

"They are tied up, sir." Nora notes as per standard protocol to strip captured enemies of their gear and armaments leaving mostly only their clothes on, as a precautionary measure.

"We've found a reconnaissance element of the Allies here, though. These men were part of a jeep crew back there. I believe we're quite near from the enemy."

"Yes near enough for me to hear two light tanks, now take that gear and toss it in the jeep before reporting to the commander, we have a plan to carry out that should allow us to more effectively recon the area. Keep the food of course, they won't need it."

Thomas, standing near enough to the jeep to cover the Americans with his rifle, watched Nora's actions with his beady eyes narrowed in confusion behind his glasses. After a moment he shifted uncertainly and spoke aside to Heinkel, keeping his voice lowered.
"Is Gefreiter Nora... alright, sir? What exactly is she doing?"

Then, startled by a figure stepping out of the undergrowth, Thomas whirls about to level his rifle at the stranger, seeing no obvious uniform.
"Who are you?" he demands, blinking, although he lowers the rifle somewhat as the man speaks in German, "What are you doing here?"

>Be ready to help escort the prisoners to wherever we take them or stay where I am, as ordered. Try and remain in cover if the latter.
Demand an explanation from Wolfgang as to who he is and what he's up to.
