Since I don't know when the therapist repository will be updated I sat down and did my own memory layout for Windows 40.12
Copy the contents of this link: http://pastebin.com/wyL2wW2Q into a new ini file in etc\memory_layouts\windows and you'll be ready to go
Enjoy the therapy!

Update:
I added Mac layouts. You can find 40.12 memory layout for Mac here: http://pastebin.com/s6QzYnuS
To add it in go into your applications folder, ctrl+click therapist, and then open package.
Once package is open navigate to Contents->MacOS->etc->memory_layouts
Copy v0.40.10_osx.ini and rename it v0.40.12_osx.ini, open it in TextEdit and paste in the contents of the pastebin.
Happy therapizing!

Do you know of anybody who has done this with Mac?

Windows and Linux offsets were added to the repo about 10 hours ago, and OS X offsets should follow shortly.

There was a typo in the siegers' campfire code. When the fires went out, so did the game.

Is it fine to use the ones provided by zohan or should I just wait for the official update to DT?

They should be the same, so it shouldn't matter which one you use.

I added a memory layout to Mac since it hasn't been done yet. You can find it on the original post

Hmm. That memory layout for OS X isn't working for me. It looks like the checksums don't match. Does it matter what version of Dwarf Therapist I am using? I am using OSX 0.6.12b05.

I'm pretty sure that version last worked with DF 0.34.xx - Splinterz's fork of DT is the only version updated for 0.40.xx (and is the only maintained version at the moment).
