Plot introduction :
You are part of an adventurers group recruited by a cartographers guild and the guards of Helmsdale, capital of the region of Damara. Attacks have been reported in the northern villages, and guards can't take care of it, as a war is coming. Your primary mission is to provide help to the villagers, and guide those who want to the town of Gasrath, where you will be able to re-map the surroundings and the natural cave networks. You will be joined at Gasrath by a group from the cartographers guild a week after you get there, as they found a new Hall of the maps there.

Just to confirm, you do have the PHB, correct?
Also, what's our starting level?

I have the PHB, yeap.

You start at lvl3, any class or multi-class you want.
Feats are OK, variant humans are OK. Drows are not, and I'd prefer to avoid Tieflings, dragonborns, and half-orcs (at least uncivilised ones).
If you want to create your own charater, use the 27-points-buy methods, and the half-die rounded up everywhere you have to use a die. Except for money, where you get full dice, to reflect the level 3 gains.
And of course, for traits/bond/flaw, you can choose them or create soem yourself, as most are pretty caricatural.

Myth-weavers is in beta for the sheets of 5e, and there isn't a public spell list for now. I'll try and see what I can do about this.
