(Lets hope that this isn't too messily done. Oh well, even if it ends up being mediocre it will at least move the game along.)

Kyle's group

Before you can set off to the magical land of burgers, a siren with blaring lights barrels down the street toward your vehicle. A single police car screeches to a halt, as if someone slammed on the breaks, not ten yards from your group. Even while it lurched to a stop, the driver's door flung open with excessive force. A single police officer exits the vehicle and makes his way to the group. He walks like a drunk, wobbling to and fro as he puts one unsure foot in front of the other, but his face betrays a stone-cold sobriety.

Once he gets near, he tips his hat upward and begins speaking.

"'Scuse me Sir, Mam, children. We received some anonymous calls warning us that children fittin' the description of these children could be in danger. Even if they ain't the right kids-you might wanna go home. Could be dangerous out here. I'm ere to escort you. Anyone without a ride can get in my car. Bulletproof-real safe like. Ill even let you sit in the front if there is room." (Yes. He said "ill" not I'll)

Corner store team (Does that cover everyone?)

As you talk, a separate police officer walks into the store seemingly without a car nearby. He slams open the door with his fist, shutting it behind him with the same gusto. This was probably a bad idea, as his left hand was yet to enter the building, the door ended up slamming directly onto it. He doesn't react to it, soldiering onward as it bounces off with no noticeable reaction. He marches to the group, tipping his hat sideways before he begins speaking.

"Howdy children. We got a call sayin' you might be in danger? Don worry none. We are here now. You should go home where it is safe. Well be watching your places so no bad guys can get to you. Ifn any of you need a ride, the car is out back. You are safe now." (Yes, well no we'll.)

Kyle's father locks the door of the car. He rolls down the window just enough to respond.
"If it's alright with you sir, I'll just take my family home..."

I don't think that will be necessary officer, I live just a block away from here, it should be safe enough on the way there, and I'm sure my parents won't mind some guests. This is complete fabrication, Daniel lives on the other side of town and often complains about how long it takes him to get to school. Also, can I ask why exactly we're in danger?

If the officer seems fine with this, Daniel leaves, otherwise he prentends to browse one of the nearby displays, putting it between him and the policeman.

Kyle's Van

"Imm sorry sir. I canout allow that to happen. There is no way all the people in this van are your family."

The officer sticks his arm through the slit in the window, pushing down on it using his wrist. There is a brief struggle as the mechanisms cry out, but in the end he effortlessly forced it completely open. His wrist lies limp where it was as he finishes.

"Please step out of the behicle sir."

The officer leans against the van, looking behind Kyle's dad to the passengers.

Store:

The officer is still standing in the door way, looking quite like he isn't about to let anyone past easily.

"You seem to be lost child. We already have a watch placed at your home. It is not policy to explain threats to children. They get easily frightened. Come with me and you will be safe. I will take you home. You will not have to be lost anymore."

He then turns to Nali. His head turns, at least, as the rest of his body keeps its original position. It isn't a big enough angle to be humanly impossible, but it certainly looks uncomfortable.

"It is too dangerous to let you go alone. We cannot trust childish countermeasures to protect you. Just let us do our jobs child."

Nali raises his eyebrow before clapping his hands and splaying them out to his sides. The palms facing the creepyass shop keeper. A sound not dissimilar to something powering up can be heard before two rather large LED's built into his gloves light up with effectively blinding light. As he is standing somewhat behind the other kids in the store, only the shopkeeper is blinded.

"Run." And with that, Nali bolts out of the store.

((Are you targeting the officer blocking the door or the more-or-less innocent shopkeeper with the LED incapacitator you apparently have?))

Daniel shoves the shelf he is behind at the policeman, tipping it onto him. If the policeman seems adequately incapacitated, Daniel steals his gun, otherwise he flees out a back exit, if one is available.

Van:

The car lurches forward, throwing the arm out the window violently with a snap as it passes. The officer's head turns to watch you drive away, but otherwise he shows no reaction, leaving his arm dangling in place half-raised. In moments, he is only a speck in the rear view mirror. The streets return to normal, with the same Halloween participants as before. Kids and adults in costume walk the streets approaching houses with the promise of candy, and not a police officer in sight.


Convenience Store:

"You are coming too child...."

Alex speaks to the officer as the other kids make their move. Nali starts, activating the non-lethal weapon that his costume is apparently outfitted with. A flash like that of a camera erupts from them, hitting the officer dead on. He doesn't react in any way, his pupils refusing to dilate.

"Wonder filled costume child..." it comments in a deadpan tone. That is when he is hit by a shelf courtesy of Daniel. It crashes into him with the sound of produce falling from it, spilling on the ground and pinning the officer to the wall. He makes no effort to escape, content on gazing at the group from behind the shelf. He isn't in a position that you could reach the gun, but the door is now open enough for you to flee.

Each kid runs past him, adrenaline pumping through their swiftly beating hearts, in an instant. They can see the hill with a house on it nearby, with the nearby streets apparently empty with no sign of any living creature. Several streetlights are on, and it appears to be getting dark...

(Eh, some of my writing came out weird today but I am too tired to fix it  :P. Happy Memorial Day everyone!)

Kyle's father sighs in relief as he start navigating out of the neighborhood. As he does so he speaks to the kids.
"Now kids, always remember that if a police officer asks you to go with him, and you don't feel like it's a good idea, You should walk away."
