Name: Arthur Cooper

Age: 25

Description:
Physical:Arthur stands about 5'8", with blond hair and grey eyes.  He's not at all muscled.
Personality:He's actually rather energetic, despite his lack of physical stamina.  He spends a lot of time working on his various projects.
Backstory:Arthur Cooper was always fascinated by how things worked, and making them work better.   Unlike perhaps some others, though, his work is replicable.  Which makes his building of a crude mecha out of what was essentially all junkyard scrap except for some of the special parts rather intriguing.  He was promptly headhunted, and put in a position where he could reforge Ol' Rusty aka Rustbucket into something much more effective.

STRENGTH: 4 (+5 Exoskeleton)

Perk:Yes, I always had that: Arthur carries around quite a few things in his pockets.  He can, despite the improbabilities of it, have always had a small item once per...Adventure unit.

Equipment:
Exoskeleton: Built by Arthur to enable him to lift heavier things once he was recruited.  Gives +5 STR.  Is also incorporated into Rustbucket's limbs, if punching things with them is desired.
Blowtorch: Not exactly a standard weapon, but frankly, you can fry things with one, and he carries one with him just in case someone needs a spot-weld, so it's probably worth listing should Arthur get into ground combat.
Welder's mask: Paired with the blowtorch.  He's pretty used to wearing the thing.  It slides over his head when not in use, so as to not occlude his field of vision.
Some Sort Of Handgun, I Cannot Into Guns At All:Yep.

Ability:
Know The Machine: Arthur has an almost intuitive sense of machinery, and has a greater success chance on anything involving machines or coding.
MacGyver: Arthur can make things out of things that normally aren't used to make things like the thing he's trying to make.  Like duct tape cannons, given enough duct tape.
Skillful: Arthur adds half his Skill to combat dice with his Gunman.

Spoiler: Rustbucket (click to show/hide)

Rustbucket is...Hard to get a picture of from the Internet, which seems to be concerned with mostly humanoid mechas.
Arthur was building more with practicality, and his own safety, in mind.  Rustbucket looks rather arachnid, even, with many limbs around a central body, which has many bits of recessed track allowing the limbs to position pretty much anywhere Arthur needs them.  Attachments are similarly modular, though generally it's not worth the hassle to bring the extra cases with him on mission.
All limbs can be used for motion and flight, being fitted with sets of wheels for pure ground travel and Spiral-powered jets for flight (with a small tank of rocket fuel just in case that fails him).  In a concession to everything, though, he painted a smiley face on the 'front', even as he has a full 360-degree field of vision.

(Any ammunition for the attachments is stored in the spaces between the movement rails, by the way)

Some of the potential available attachments for Rustbucket:
Taser Launcher: It's like a taser, only also a bullet.  Basically, stick a battery in a slug and then launch it into the innards of something presumably electrical or biological.  Works on the principle of a railgun as opposed to gunpowder cartridges.  There's still a spiral bore in the barrel.
+5, chance to stun.
Limpet Drone Launcher: Take a rocket-powered drone.  Give it magnets and a decent FoF.  Launch.  Suddenly the enemy has something both interfering with its movement and about to explode.  Makes a plorp noise when fired for unknown reasons.
+6, ranged, homing, chance to cripple enemy movement.
Spiral Chainsaw: Take a chainsaw.  Make the teeth be composed of smaller sawblades that are also charged with Spiral energy.  Have fun.

Giant Blowtorch: Exactly what it says on the tin.  Heats things really hot.  Alternatively, a flamethrower.
