Hello.  I just received my pm.  There are 3 ways for me to move on from here:

  -Lynch me.
-Convince you to forget what we saw.
-agree that 4mask towned his role up and down.

Well, Shakerag said it already, but still posting.

@Cheese:  Nope.  No role was mentioned up until that point.

pshh.  What made you think Im offering myself?
... you suggested yourself getting lynched as an option for you "to move on from here".
Yes, its one of our three options.  I included it for completeness.  You'll understand if I felt I entered the game in a vulnerable position.

One of your options was convincing people to move on from that. Why are you not trying to do that instead of explaining why you added the lynch option?

Not sure about 'time frame', (maybe 2-3 weeks?) but as far as games played it's one Beginners Match.

Please explain this.  Why were you aware 4mask had a powerrole?

Quote from: pisskop
@Cheese:  Nope.  No role was mentioned up until that point.

In regards to these two: First of all, I didn't actually say 'power role' for one, I said 'role' which is... Well, everyone has a role. Even vanillas count as roles, so that kind of knocks the whole premise out of the water to begin with. You seem to have misinterpreted what I said, but to answer that misinterpretation...

Second of all, the role being omitted is heavily implied here.
(The snip was what Flabort removed originally)
Quote from: 4mask
I am a <Snip>
(Unless 4mask had said 'I am a cheesecake' or something, which we know now he did not.)

Also, as to whether or not 4mask was lying, only you know, but he basically says that he's an investigative power role riiight here.

Quote from: 4mask
don't kill me, thus leaving a known investigative role alive and able to find out who you are.

Pisskop: 4maskwolf claimed his role was a reporter, and this was eventually leaked to the rest of the town. What circumstances would make UXLZ knowing your role scummy?

Tooney, is that all you have to say about the situation?
Boy-howdy hardly!

Toony: Haven't played with you in awhile. What role would you want and why?
Guardian sounds cool.

Business seems as usual here. Jim making a player replace out, 4maskwolf replacing out, some players jumping on the Flabort bandwagon, some players jumping on other players for jumping on the Flabort bandwagon.

You know exactly what I can take from this? Nothing. 4maskwolf can cry wolf and fool me in a lot of games, but now that he replaced out it doesn't matter for his case. Pisskop seems cocky and a 4mask/Pisskop lynch is okay in my book.

Also, Scripten seems town to me, that's about it.

The only other interesting thing I want to point out is that certain people love FoS'ing TheDarkStar, which seems lazy.

DarkStar was the guy who is getting the most flack for jumping on the Flabort lynch train, so I'm going to go a step further and say you three are taking easy bait that's taking easy bait.

Partly because I am not going to do backflips for somebody before I catch up.  I am less sure that flabort responded in a manner other than what a townie would do.  His own follow up was complete, and right here:

Pisskop: 4maskwolf claimed his role was a reporter, and this was eventually leaked to the rest of the town. What circumstances would make UXLZ knowing your role scummy?

UXLZ knowing my role before it was released would imply that somebody was talking to him via PM.  Which could be done by a town-town interaction via PM, or could be done by a role-fisher.  I am reading UXLZ talk about his newishness, and have him on my watchlist because he does seem to be knowledgeable enough to give a try at 'faking it'.

Some of his responses seem much more reactive than I would prefer.

Except I didn't know about your role before it was released publicly.

In regards to experience with Mafia-type games, I played a fair amount of the SC2 custom map that replicated it, unfortunately it wasn't nearly as fun as this because each day lasted like 2 minutes and there wasn't enough time to actually scum-hunt properly. (Massive reliance on power roles). Also, playing with random pubs isn't exactly the best... AFKs... etc. Outside of that, I have played one BM game of mafia Bay12, which you may find here.

I do tend to be quite reactive. That has something to do with my personality, probably.

Also, you're saying that this is suspicious?
