Sol puts a hand on Danny's shoulder, looking him dead in the eye. "You didn't hold anything back. There is no shame in losing to an opponent who you gave your all against. Don't let anyone tell you different, they would have had their asses kicked even FASTER. My deck is BUILT for swarms, and I got lucky getting a good hand up front. If you had been able to bounce any of my monsters,I'd have been in big trouble."

Nathan smirked.  'Hello Maximus.  It's been awhile since I've seen you in a duel, to which I am sorry that I won't be summoning you in this one.  Can't reveal you too early.'  If he wasn't used to noticing it, he would have thought he was going crazy when the card image appeared to nod slightly.  As he had seen this occur before, he wasn't too concerned about it.

"I shift Koa'ki Meiru Urnight to attack position.  Then I use Diamond Core of Koa'ki Meiru's second ability.  By banishing it from my grave, all Koa'ki Meiru monsters I control cannot be destroyed.  Guardian, eliminate his Goblin Black Ops and finish him off, Urnight," he said, making a similar gesture to have Urnight stop the attack just short.

Danny's smile widened,
”Thank you”

Jacob

Jacob nodded and drew his next card,

Nathan

Jack clenched his fists as the attack came and stopped just short of him, his life points went to zero and with hateful look in his eyes he stormed of the field.
”And another has fallen, Jack has been taken out of the tournament”

Belle

The smile was still there,
”A monster summoned by dark fusion cannot be targeted by card effects this turn, go Tiger destroy Hootcake.”

Marin

”Go strategist destroy her face down monster”

Sol grinned back. "You got a number I can reach you at? It'd be a relief to know I've got you in my corner."

Belle frowned, taking the damage. "Hootcakes goes back into my Deck, then. Are you done?"

A young woman briefly appears on the field, barely managing to fire off a single flare of green light before vanishing under Strategist's barrage.   "You've destroyed Winda, but her effect activates, summoning Gusto Gulldo to the field."  True to her words, the green orb has coalesced into a second bird, now fluttering around Marin's side of the field.

OOC: When you set one card face-down, was it a monster or a spell/trap?

Spoiler: Marin's Deck: 29 cards (click to show/hide)
