Appearance: She has bright red hair which is cut short, her eyes are bright emerald. She is muscularly built and has well tanned skin, her chest is almost non existent. Across the left side of her face is one long straight scar. She seems comfortable in her military uniform and wears it most places, if in a situation where she has to be more casual she usually settles for simple trousers and shirt.
Background:
Lacie did not have a happy childhood, her parents although rich were very overprotective her. So overprotective that they wouldn't even let her leave the house, afraid of her dying or catching illness or any other number of terrible things that could happen to their only daughter. This meant she had no friends growing up, the little education and contact with the outside world she did have came from her variety of tutors. This was no real substitute to people her own age though.

When it became clear that even in adulthood she would be forced into this life of isolation she made the plans to run away. It took a great deal of courage and many times she faltered at the last steps. When she was eighteen though she finally managed to do it, running away with some money and clothes and ran off leaving a single note behind for her family. To make sure that they would never be able to interfere with her life again she joined the army and in the end managed to work her way into one of the mech squads.

Not really what I was aiming for with Terralba but uh... Okay? I'm pretty sure that all of the nations have deviated from the historical counterparts they were based on, so this isn't much of a change. You do have to squint a lot to make it look like Ireland, however.
