Is there any kind of "Supernatural Police" to deal with masquerade-breaks out of the school? They existed in the EH universe, but that doesn't mean they exist here.

Also, where is the school?

The school's in a unspecified country, although yes, America is likely. I'll go with that.

Supernaturals in the NM universe are less prevalent, or at least more spread out, and generally keep to themselves, or live as mundanes. They tend to clean up their own messes, but yes, there are a few powerful beings who actively enforce the masquerade. The masquerade was getting somewhat shakier, though, mainly because of kids like the students, so quite a long time ago several schools like this one were set up to integrate supes into mundane society more, and teach things about controlling powers.
I'm going to be revealing quite a few things IC, though, so wait for the first assembly and your characters can all ask the questions.

Name: Lilith McGerald

Gender: Female

Age: 15

Supernatural Type: Vampire

Physical Description: Lilith is about 5’3”, with short and messy black hair and red eyes. She is also rather pale. She generally wears clothing more for comfort than style- although she tends to wear a lot of dark colors. She also has green contact lenses to hide the unnatural eye color, although being that they are not prescription she still needs glasses. She tends to have a small umbrella on particularly sunny days.

Other notes: Lilith was your standard “nice girl”. Good grades, good friends, normal stuff. Well, besides her family being hilariously rich, but it’s not like she ever mentions it without being asked. That is, she was standard until she stumbled across a vampire feeding on her way home from school one day. It dropped it’s “food” and went after her. Of course, being a rich and somewhat attractive young woman, Lilith had a taser for self defense, but she couldn’t pull it out before she was bit.

It took almost a month for the transformation to complete. Her brother, who’d always been a bit of a chemistry nerd, managed to synthesize artificial blood for Lilith so she wouldn’t have to drink human blood once she started needing it.

The school scouted her, and her newly wizardry dabbling brother, and brought them in before they could break the masquerade by accident.

Blood- or the substitute made by Zack- is required about as often as humans need to eat. As in, she'll get really hungry within a day, but she would survive several without it.
Holy stuff and Garlic hurt. A lot.
Super Strength, to a reasonable degree. (I.E. She could probably hold half the people in the room at once, but she couldn't bench-press a car.))
Hypnotic eyes, which is triggered but since Lilith is new at it could trigger on accident- GM can decide when it triggers, if they want.
Bat-shape.
Drinking blood speeds up healing significantly for 2 hours after consumption.

Sunlight:
Within 2 minutes of contact, mild nausea and pain.
After 30, nausea and pain increase. Most abilities don't work anymore.
At 2 hours, start burning.
At 4, death.

That's when in direct sunlight. Slightly cloudy days make it take longer- the sun goes behind clouds sometimes- and complete cloud coverage or heavy shade almost removes the danger.

Name: Zachary (goes by Zack) McGerald

Gender: Male

Age: 15

Supernatural Type: Wizard-in-training.

Physical Description: Somewhat tall at 6 feet even, with short black hair and green eyes. He is also pale, but not nearly to the degree of his sister. He wears a lot of blue and green, and like his twin, needs glasses.

Other notes:

Zack is a rather intelligent young man, and tries to be nice in general- although he is honest to a fault, barring the supernatural.

He’s always been quite interested in the supernatural, but he never knew they actually existed until his sister came home one day with bite marks on her neck, swearing up and down that they were from a vampire. While he was initially skeptical, when she started getting really pale, and her eyes were tinged red, he believed.

He managed to create some synthetic blood for her so she didn’t have to feed on people, and started looking into magic more seriously, looking for a way to turn her back. A misfiring spell tipped off the school, and they also scouted his sister.

Age 17
Supernatural: halfbreed=angel and demon

DESC: Jason was raised in England in a church, his mother Was an angle, his father a demon of pride. The Church later found out about his Demonic side and started to hunt him. Jason has been on the run for many years

Jason has black hair and red eyes he is also 6'9 and bulky (he looks like his dad) his personality on the other hand is much different from his fathers, Jason is kind and respectful he doesn't like violence but will not hesitate to hurt some one if he is threatened. he is adept at healing and battle magic. (Demon fire and Holy healing, flight)

Other: Jason Loves animals. Sometimes when walking or sitting in a park/grassy field flowers tend to bloom and prosper. his dad and mom are over protective so they might show up a few times

While Jason was on the run the school scouted him so he could learn and be safe from those maniac fanatic's

Name: Chara

Age:

Supernatural Type: Ascended Demon:  It's like the opposite of being a demon, you help people out and don't screw them over, you're repeld by the unholy, you try not to sin but, hey, it's not like you're an angel... And you normally have to cover some part of your body since god isn't about to let you forget your sins. Other than that he's chill though.

Physical Description: This guy makes you think of a dangerous spider. He has almond-shaped brown eyes that are like two patches of dried blood. His silky, wavy, long hair is the color of coffee with cream, and is worn in an uncomplicated, businesslike style. He's got a small beard and a moustache. He is very tall and has a masculine build. His skin is deeply-tanned. He has small feet. His wardrobe is complicated, with a lot of blue. He wears an eye patch to cover up the fact that his eye is marked with the number of the beast. He has a quiet voice and gets stuttery when violence is involved. If someone tries to actually get him to commit violence he literally starts sobbing. This is odd because he could probably win most fights. His horns are covered by a simple hat.

Other notes: Wears a heart locket which he rubs when stressed.
