Name: YamalAge: WHOKNOWS
Gender: Female
Race: Kanmusu
Sex: Female?
Appearance: A somewhat tall (5'8”, 5'9”) woman, with a somewhat stocky and muscular build. Her face is very Russian in shape and features, though not in color. Actually, her colors are a bit all over the place. Her eyes are dark, but her hair is a distinctive red, flowing in long sheets down her back. Notably, her lip is very clearly outlined by her bright red lipstick, and any time she opens her mouth, it parts to reveal a smile full of razor sharp teeth. More teeth than a Re-Class BBV. If she wants it to, her grin can be very frightening.
She doesn't wear too much. A tight, sleek one-piece swimsuit covering her chest and her torso, leaving her muscular hips exposed and clinging rather tightly to her other curves and muscles as well. Seriously, that thing is lewd. Aside from it, she wears a big, poofy Arctic coat, lined with fur and luxuriously soft- not unlike
this example from the internet, it comes with utility pockets and a nice
National Science Foundation badge on one breast.. Of course, she usually wears the coat open. Because of course she does.
Other clothing includes a set of heavy, furred winter boots and a pair of black cotton thigh-highs.
When she goes all Kanmusu-y, the 'rigging' that she wears is pretty simplistic. A replica of her somewhat blocky superstructure on her back, along with some stylish rudder-shoes.
Personality: One part cheerful and showy tour guide, one part eager and a bit maniacal scientist, one part bloodthirsty shark.

Init: DEX+1d20 at the start of each combat.
Stats: 38/38 points to spend (Stat cap of 4+Level. +4 Points every level.)

Dexterity- 5

Perks: Icebreaker: Exactly what it says on the tin. 1.5x damage modifier to ice-based enemies, 50% resistance to cold damage, and immunity to cold-based status effects. (However, she also takes an extra 25% damage from fire/heat attacks. That reactor's gotta stay cool after all!)
Sturdy Construction: Increase HP by an extra +Con per level. She's a tough girl.
Stagger/Pummel: Being rammed/punched/blown off by a ship(girl) tends to be quite chaotic and disorienting. When attacking in melee, Yamal lowers the target's defenses by half of the damage dealt. This lasts until the end of the next turn.
Nuclear Powered: Being both a shipgirl AND running on THE POWER OF ATOMS (kakuyuugou!), Yamal has basically infinite energy. She requires no sleep and very little food or drink to operate effectively indefinitely, though she does need food in order to heal/repair. She's immune to fatigue and related status effects, immune to sleep, and all sorts of various miscellanea. (It's pretty great.)
Equipment: Weapon:Iron Knuckles/Reinforced Bow (the naval kind)
Type: Melee
Effects:
- Double Thickness: Doubles RES against attacks from whoever it's used against. IE, whoever she punches this turn.
Base Damage:1d10
Description:
Admiral: "So is she ramming it or punching it?"
Kanmusu expert: "Yes."
Armor: Hastily Retrofitted Armor PlatingType: Medium
Effects: Nothing special.
Resistance bonus: 3
Description: These plates are not of the highest quality. They're okay I guess.
Weapon: Hastily Retrofitted Machinegun EmplacementsType: Ranged
Effects:
-Defensive/AA: You can shoot at incoming aircraft with them! Against things that are not aircraft, this translates to suppressive fire. When not being used for an attack or something, they instead reduce incoming non-melee damage by what would normally be their damage roll. If the damage drops to zero, any leftover AA damage can be dealt to the attacker. Put another way, they automatically attack the enemy's attack first, then they attack the enemy if they have anything left over. AA is also required for AA Cut-In.
Base Damage: 1d8
Description: They don't show up on her outfit, but they're there. Trust us. Do you want to see her ship-self for proof? No? Didn't think so.
Actions:Basic Attack: 1d10 + Str
Basic Defense:
Haymaker/Headcracker: (Level 4) (Main Action) It's called punching someone. Really hard. Or is it ramming? Adds an extra 2d6 +STR damage (there is a lot of weight behind that blow) to the basic attack damage, and stuns the target for a turn. Because Elf doesn't love stunlocking, no stunlocking is allowed.
Yamal really wants you to pay attention to her. If the target of this attack makes any action other than meleeing Yamal on that turn, she gets to make another free Haymaker/Headcracker against them.
Level 1: 1d6 + STR + Base (1d10+STR)
Level 2: 2d6 + STR + Base (1d10+STR)
Level 3: 2d6 + STR + Base (1d10+STR) + Stun
Steam Venting: (Level 1) (Main Action) Using exhaust heat from her reactor, Yamal vents a burst of hot steam (or air, it's not really clear or relevant) into the area around her. Does CON damage to enemies in melee range and stuns them for a turn. It also allows her to immediately break free of
most all bindings. (That's the original point of the thing, after all!)
AA Cut-In: (Level 1) (Secondary Action) Yamal turns her light armaments towards a specific enemy, keeping their heads down with bursts of machinegun fire. Removes the Defensive bonus for one turn, and instead makes two such 'Defensive' attacks towards the target(s). Aside from working on all damage (as opposed to only non-melee attacks and only attacks directed at Yamal), they apply similarly to normal: first they reduce the enemy's damage this turn, and if anything is left over they deal damage of their own.
This can be paired with other actions without penalty (the ship can ram people AND shoot with AA at the same time, though if Yamal had another AA-centric action those would indeed be mutually exclusive). Obviously only works with Defensive/AA weapons.
Unstoppable/Reckless Behavior: (Level 2)(Passive) Gives Yamal an extra +6 Res (+3 per level) any turn on which Yamal attacks something in melee (ie with her fists or with Steam Venting). I'm the Juggernaut, b*tch!~
Damage Control: (Level 5) (Passive) Yamal slowly* self repairs, because she's a shipgirl and she can do weird stuff like have a Fairy Damage Control Team. She heals 5 CON (1 CON per level) per turn.
*: okay, so at this point it's not so slow, at all. Reports of Yamal being powered by enigmatech are highly exaggerated. Honest.
