But would anything extremely potent such as a form change or something beyond a powerful attack with some cooldown also be highly telegraphed. If that's the case, I'll have to rework one of Kurosawa's Limit Breaks (yes multiple, but also mutually exclusive, meaning she can only use one per battle) then, since it's currently "negate target's next action and pray that it's something actually important" and was made under the assumption that it's actually a gamble rather than "What this? You're going to do something you really need to do? LOLNOPE!".

Why would it work on zero HP? It'd mean that characters with any kind of regeneration were utterly invincible barring instant-kill, no unconscious attacks.

No, her Hero Greaves are only used if she specifically attacks with her feet. It used to be used with Comet Kick before I realised that God Hand and Piercing Strike were better moves anyway.
