Update, 3/14/2019: New alternate-walls version.
Update, 3/29/2018: Getting back into DF and I spent all day today adding and tweaking sprites.
- Walls and floors should stand out a little better now.
- Added transparency to rough stone walls so dark walls stand out much more.
- Enhanced tables, chairs, and stone to make it easier to tell them apart.
- Added sprites for buckets, mechanisms, anvils, and several others that I can't remember off hand.

So I got tired of making small edits to someone else's tileset for my own personal use so I decided to make my own using Rogue Yun's basic ascii tileset as a base. My goal with this was to make it pleasant to look at while making it easier to work with while playing. So while each tile kind of blends together they're also very easy to distinguish from each other, if that makes sense. Probably better to take a look at the screenshots to see what I mean.
I recommend changing the pillar icon to 199 and the sky icon to 176. I also highly recommend using one of
Vherid's color schemes. I like Jade myself. The old screenshots were taken using the default color scheme. The new ones use Vherid's bone scheme.
