Joining last, the Lottocratic Republic is Billy-No-Mates with no one left to enter into a treaty with... but if relations break down between any of you and your partners, I'm happy to join a research treaty. It's clear that some of you badly need the RP.

We're waiting on ES too. Could open it up to replacements, and leave the existing nations as NPCs until they're replaced?

I'd be in favor of the Great Eternal Treedom being run as an NPC nation until TricMagic decides to return to the game or someone else takes control of it.

Early bird got the worm, Tric. I wanted to offer treaties to my neighbors first, after they got first dibs ES replied earlier.

Of course you'll be first in line if I lose my treaties or research Broadcasting.

Well, if you want Army Limit despite not having any use for it. If they decide to invade you lose that. RP is forever. It's still preturn so you can decide otherwise.
