Is a card in play that has had its maximum Hearts reduced to 0 destroyed, or is it merely immediately sent to the discard pile, without destruction being in play?

Or none of them, if they all go in at the same time arguably no previous Lifeboat token 'has', given the use of the past tense, left play in the same turn due to the simultaneous burial.

I am going to rule that all but one of the lifeboats trigger their effect, and hope that this doesn't appear to contradict something else I said or implied previously.

That's a shame. The wording was supposed to be that all the lifeboats would trigger but only if more than one died in the same turn. I understand though that clear wording is a harder goal than first appears, and this still gives 3 stars on a wipe and so is functional.

An issue is that makes a 0 star card generate 3 stars or block attacks for multiple turns. Along with the life increase. Especially when you got eight of them on the field, that's an insane generation.
