Supported. Shadow Lands get a continent, as does technically everywhere. I suspect many fallen out of sight will wander into the Lands Lost Between and never be seen again. Cookies if you get the references.

KJP Clarifications from Discord:

• You may sacrifice organs before unquenching. KJP hinted that this may have consequences. You can't unquench if you sacrifice your heart.
• Tempered Natural Sparks can make qualifying petty creations inside their domains for 1+ faulty act (mostly just provinces)
• Department creators can get permission from a sphere/title holder appropriate for a department if not themselves to avoid the cost increase.
• Departments can only be given office space in provinces, not states/regions/continents.
• The price increase from mortal species created only starts the apply the turn after a player creates the species. Meaning multiple players can create mortal species during the same turn at the same price, but then it's more expensive the next turn.

3 different fauna pieces are needed for mortals to be created. As of writing there are two fauna pieces, the ungulating masses and the pustules.

If you are in favour mortal creation, Gongon suggests you use one free greater piece to form your domain, create discounted fauna at 1 aligned act, which could be the ones you were originally creating probably, and if you'd like you could use your second greater piece to make mortals of your choosing.

P.S. what Life-forms or servants are you using to fulfill your domain requirements? Probably a good idea to note that somewhere in your actionposts since it's not obvious to me what you and tricmagic are using for that when I read, which means it might also not be obvious for KJP, which means he might get creative, which is usually detrimental to you.
