I have the lack of context thing happen all the time yo, like the poi thing, I'm not sure what poi is supposed to be but I love koi. We were house-sitting for the Eye of the Tiger guy (not the one who wrote it, the one who sung it during concerts after they fired the first guy, Jimi Jamison, no shit) and I was checking out his koi pond and one of them kissed my finger so I had the missus dip her finger in there and she was like "ok why... OMG IT KEESED MEEEEEE YAYYYYY" so that's great.

I made a thick vegetable beef slowcook yesterday which was pretty disappointing, too much gooey rice and noodle gruel. But it was perfect this morning, hot and bland with hints of corn kernels and chewy beef chunks. I don't usually eat breakfast so it really improved my morning.

I had a really nice (if melancholy) dream and took the time to write it down. Made me a bit late to the farm, but not enough to be a problem.

Got to pet my favorite goat and feed... chickens, rabbit, cats, goat, stable horses, and pasture horses... hehe, and it's not even 10am.

I'll be doing this on my own for 2 weeks, heh. I'm not so nervous about it now. It's kinda a lot of work for crap pay, but they really need a vacation and it's kinda... nice.

It's kinda hilarious how confusing their instructions have been (see, there I go again) but it's understandable. Doing something every day for years, until it's second nature, makes it tricky to explain.  Easier to show, which is why I've been helping out so much recently.
