In task manager, under view, enable all the columns.
Include at least:
CPU Use %, CPU Usage Time, Mem Usage, Peak Mem Usage.
If the slowdowns are very brief, Include Mem Delta.
If the slowdowns keep task manager from popping up soon enough, set task manager to high priority.
Those programs all look completely legit. But if they hog your pc then they are still a problem.
I don't know why you have CTFMON and desktop.ini four times. You should be very very alarmed.
