I voluntarily quit.

I don't remember what caused my raeg, but I was rather upset at the admins or moderators about something.

Considered posting ASCII-art porn in logs to get myself banned, but I never found an image that translated well and was visually distinctive enough.

I was banned for shits and giggles apparently, because I don't think I even had access to the GS at the time.

Alright, so I'm assuming that Slavehack is still up, but when I try to connect, it says something along the lines of "cannot connect to slavehack.com", no matter what browser I use. Does this mean that I am banned? I do remember 'abusing' an inactive account. I had no idea he was inactive. He was just a noob. (funny story if anybody would like to know) And then i did kind of try to make another account to leech from at a different house... But I didn't think it would really be that big of a deal, it didn't let me get into my seperate account anyway.

We aren't slavehack support, and it sounds like you probably broke something or other in the rules with the two accounts. Go ask them.

Indeed... I feel an appropriate "good riddance" is in order after the admins banned everyone here. Now they are the administrators of nothing.

Reminds me of what I wanted to do to (pre-resurrection) Trials of Ascension.

The admins said (mind, this was before there was a playable alpha and details on how various races worked changed from week to week as people found new exploits) that "any non-dragon helping a dragon become an adult, or any city doing the same, will be banned or nuked into a smoking crater, respectively."

I had this entire plan of how me and 49 other people were going to one-at-a-time raise a dragon to adulthood using very subtle methods of aid.  Namely, the dragon attacks a caravan and wins.  Caravan just so happens to need the supplies the dragon needs to keep surviving.  Upon reaching adulthood, they tag team someone else.  Of the 50 accounts only one is a dragon at any given time.  Once all 50 have an adult dragon, all dragons log on and start dividing territory.  3 dragons hit every city on the map and declare, "You now pay tribute or we burn you to the ground."  Given that one adult is supposed to be an even match for a humanoid city, three dragons would be a curb stomp.

Suddenly every city on the map is paying aid to the dragons and is now a candidate for nuking.

Admins either need to recant that rule or nuke the entire map and be admins of nothing.

It would have been worth the subscription fees.

I'm (slightly) sad to see that the game is down. I got on rarely, but I would collect from the 10 or so abandoned GS that I had. I dunno how I didn't get banned, seeing as how I let like 5 people mooch my GS and they probably gave the IP out to more people. Last I got on, I still had fully upgraded hardware and mostly upgraded GS hardware, and all the software. I was just waiting for SH2.

You could try Hacker Forever but it's kind of shit. Otherwise I don't know.

There was this RPG-esque game like it. Not exactly the same, but it's something.
