In this form, I could sense the lines of energy that flowed throughout the waters. Using my mind as a flint, I could spark a projectile that would leap towards anything that dared impede my progress.((The Energy Form, our first alternate form, and also the form you'll be using the most (along with Naija's normal form), gives us a most sought-after power: Assault! In this form you can fire energy bolts by right-clicking, giving us a way to fend off enemies. Useful!))
Not only could I create a spark, if I focused my mind for a time, I could create a pool of energy so large, that it would fracture into tendrils, lashing any creature that drew near.((Right-clicking and holding down let's us fire three larger energy bolts in each direction. This is also useful as this lets us lock onto a specific target. Firing normally just makes the bolt home towards the nearest target.))
I discovered that in the Energy Form, I could not call out in song. To return, I would have to focus my energy inward...((You cannot sing while in Energy Form, which means you will have to revert to your normal form whenever you need to sing. Also note, Shields are automatically dispelled when switching form, however, bound objects are not (though you will not be able let go of them until you switch back.)))
These glowing barriers seemed to impede me differently depending on which form I had assumed. I would have to shift my energy back and forward to progress.
((Come to think of it, I think that this room is the only place in the entire game to actually have these barriers.))
I mentioned these pearls earlier. I didn't find a use of them before as they didn't have one in my normal form. By focusing my energy...
...I could activate these pearls, opening the doors throughout the Temple.
I discovered another recipe, which would make the energy bolts I fired land far more grievous hits.((The Spicy Roll increases Naija's Energy Shot damage for 30 seconds.))

Continuing my exploration, I soon discovered a large door, but the pearls in the statues that opened the doors were missing. Seeing as the Temple was sealed off by a large rock, they had to be in here somewhere.
These chameleons were formidable opponents, but also provided reagents for my cooking.
These squid-like creatures seem to absorb energy, growing larger until they finally explode. I was lucky not to be wounded in its death throes.
