Basically, just an additional line or two in the description of certain items (especially plants), telling what it's for.

So
"This is a stack of 3 plump helmets"

A player could also get the extra information of
"It is edible by dwarves, it is cookable, it can be brewed into dwarven wine."


It'd be nice to be able to see what a plant can do, especially in the case of outdoor plants which are a mixed lot, it shouldn't be necessary for new players to search the wiki to figure out whatever the hell Hide Root is for.
