Go and examine the bottom floor of the house, check the computer to see if someone accessed it and forgot to log out!

Coax skree into room by thinking happy thoughts (possibly of cold?).  Once skree is fine with being in there, see if when skree touches the handle the thing opens, if it does then train skree to hold the lever by thinking happy thoughts when skree touches the lever, and nudgeing skree towards the lever when skree is not touching it.

Also see if the lever turns.

While I harbour no hard feelings for the choice of name, I feel as if we've missed out on a great opportunity to laythe ground for future bad puns, jokes and double entendres..

The wall is cracking rather heavily. You’re not sure what consequences this will have, but Mr. Angrypants down below is certainly getting impatient with you.

You cannot get Skree to the piano room. It refuses to pass through the hatch room.

Yup. The hatch seems to only open if it is set to the bottom position and being held; when cranked towards the top the room feels warmer and the smell of burning metal increases significantly.

You pick up Skree and concentrate as best you can on a number of images.

Presumably they injected the giant one with the chemical, so we just need to figure out a means of extracting it without denaturing its vessel...

Hug Skree, communicate that you agree about sadness, communicate that you feel ashamed over being human!

Also test reaction to all the various locations you've been to, and all the items, systematically.

Test skrees intelligence, by imagining various spatio-visual problems (things like square peg round hole etc). Also test how good skree is in geting the idea of comands you give abaut stuff like moving a certain way. Test how strong and dexterius skrees tentacles are. Try to see if you can fish out memories from scree abaut places where you havn't been or  how places you've been to looked long ago.
