Interested, but no idea if I'd have time to play. Mild veteran, experience with godawful long spell lists.

Might go cleric. Maybe wizard. Screw drowning, clerics get Water Walking at level 5.

I also tend towards playing buffbots.

I am going to be a Sword sage person thingy. The linky is here.

I will work on him... sometime, quite tired now and I don't really have all the knowledge for it yet.

I'm in. Character concept so far is a Druid who hates civilization and fishermen who don't respect nature. Used to go around sinking ships and killing fishermen. Is now pressganged for his crimes and is semi-willingly sinking the ships of people that the Royal Navy doesn't like.

im working on my character, going to be a raptorian fighter heading for stormtalon, i personaly think a flying character would really help in ship to ship combat.

here is a not at all finished link to the character, note i left the  abilities all at 10 untill the method we are using becomes known linky

Edit: But im also partial to making an aquatic elf of some variaty, but I cant think of a fun calss atm, will get back later

No, but there are... SEA ORCS! Okay, maybe not. I stole that from Battle for Wesnoth, dunno if it exists in D&D or not.

I'll play an archery focused ranger with a squid companion... or maybe a shark.

ECL of an aboleth is like 11.  Also, they're ancient and hate everything.

I'm going to limit the races to things that aren't sahuagin, aboleths, ixxitixtixchixhtixhtixhitl, or other obviously evil creatures.  I'm also going to post how the campaign begins so you can fit your character into it.  This will be placed on the first post.

Also, we currently have 9 people.  I'll probably take four or five at the beginning, the rest can be waitlisted and come in if a player dies or retires or whatever.
