Ok maybe not, a better attempt, though nothing like some of the pictures I've seen around here before:

I thought it came out well. Emancipated in the wings, yet still made of fire. With a shell that is very smoke-like. Made in about 30 mins via Gimp.

Don't expect a bonsai tree to grow the miniature planting it.
Trust your calculator. It's something to count on.
Pencils could be made with erasers at both ends, but what would be the point?

Aack! The dung beetle competition is already over! I'll upload it anyway, a quick sketch.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

It seems that all the drawings I've made over the last couple of weeks involve mutilated corpses. Should I be worried?

This is a Dwarf Fortress board. What did you expect?

You'll be fine. (For certain values of "fine.")

So it turns out that dumping magma on skeletons is either a really bad idea or maybe like the best idea ever.

I'm pretty sure anybody who likes this game has certain character traits most would call worrisome, but I would call awesome.

I hope so, I've just been asked to paint a mural for a baby's room, preferably something cute, with sheep.
Visions of mutated sheep and wooly forgotten beasts have been haunting me for the last two days. I fear I may traumatize the poor newborn.

Paint the nice image, and the mutalatid sheep image, and put the horribly one on a large peice of wallpaper, and the paper over it and paint the nice sheep one on top.  That way if the child ever gets feeling like he should destroy something and he pulls down the wallpaper, he reveals this horrifying image, thus punishing him for destroying the wallpaper instantly.

Giant Flaming demon bat? I'm going to attempt this. In Photoshop for once, to boot! My only hope is that I'm not late :P

Second one looks more demonic and evil, first one is kinda cute, and what you would expect a wizard to have for a pet.

So we got monsters above, monsters below, dwarves in the middle and a party in the dining hall. Sounds good to me.
If all else fails, remember one thing:  kittens are delicious, nutritious little goblin-baiters, cavern explorers, and ambush-finders.

I have never seen a more dwarfy punishment for an infant in all my days.
