Have you ever played Axis and Allies? There's a free version on the internet and it has plenty of maps. Not actual battles thoug, so it'd make a lame LP game.

44' Germany Campaign is quite difficult from what i remember.
Although i'd rather go with the "OMG! AXIS HAVE TAKEN THE ENTIRE WORLD" save game i have posted in "Show your empires" thread.

Oh yes, i have a save "US Intervene" taken just before i DoWed Germany and Japan (and with that the entire world except for UK)

The only problem is : HoI2 is not widescreen, and it's a PAIN!

But i wish to take care of one of the other LP's before that.
Hearts of Iron 2 campaigns are long. Very long. Long as balls. It will take months.

I guess it takes care of Total War mod campaign? Oh well.

Personally I'd rather you reserved your juices for the entertaining but more creatively taxing Morrowing LP.  I really want to see where the spiritual successor to Dick Mountainjoy goes with Vvardenfell...

I'm cutting images down as we speak! Hopefully BG2 will start again soon as well.
I shall leave this thread open for any RTW-related messages regarding past and future LP's.

Also : Yes, i have in fact de-installed BI, and will never again play it.

But Third Age and Dale hint that you mean a mod that turns it into a LOTR game.
My response covers both games and modifications. There just aren't any strategy games that give LOTR justice.

I thought it was pretty good, but there are other games.

Medieval II is even easier than Rome, honestly. How's Shogun's difficulty?
