Obviously the Woodcutter is manly enough to pass off as a man..
Anyway..

They should be building a temporary shelter for the night, plenty of sticks to use.

Rolf mixes sand with clay and water, 3 units of sand for every 7 units of clay. Mush them into brick shape. Repeat indefinitely.

Picky starts making a rough Kiln via rocks and clay. Use shovel or pick if needed.

Unknown to most but the insane and the mystics, Tarran is actually Earth itself, as Earth is sentient like that planet in Avatar. Originally Earth used names such as Terra on the internet, but to protect it's identity it changed letters, now becoming the Tarran you know today.

Tarran has the "Tarran Bug", a bug which causes the affected character to repeatedly hit teammates while dual-wielding instead of whatever the hell he is shooting at.

Not an actual update i'm just gonna let you all know how the sun is working(it has been moving a little bit if you havn't noticed).
I know it doesn't make sense but it means i don't have to change the shadeing for everything later.

I approve of the naming scheme, and vote that we use some of those sticks and leaves to make a temporary shelter for the night. It may also be wise to arm the peasants with a few particularly sturdy sticks and/or the tools, in case something unpleasant should set upon them after the sun has set.

Village:
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Picky completed the fire pit and began to make more small stones for possible future constructions. Hans decided to have a little chat with picky since he had nothing better to do after moving all of the berries to the newly established Town Center.

Rolf remembered what to do with the sand and clay and began to create bricks next to the lake. Bricks will be useful in any further construction projects but they will have to dry before they can be used.

Franz and Jaian quickly constructed the frame for a shelter to spend the night in.

Inventory:
 2x Pile of branches
4x Pile of leaves - 2 for construction of the shelter
 4x Wet bricks
 1x Bird nest(with 2 eggs)
 13x Large red berries
 6x Small red berries
 1x Hatchet
 1x Shovel

Equiped items:

 1x Hammer
 1x Pickaxe
Population:
 4 Peasants
 1 Woodcutter

5 turns until nightfall

Quickly sharpen a stick and have rolf wield it after he makes about 5 bricks.

Folks, when Lincoln says it's going to be bad, I think he means Minecraft bad.

We need to get chopping with that wood, on the double. At the very least, we could fortify the camp site with three or four logs. Alternatively, if we have the time and resources, we could prop three logs up in a triangular structure and build a platform at the top.

At any rate, I think we should send someone westward a little ways to see just how much potential lumber we have to work with.

Oh dear. Have Franz and Jaian place some sharpened sticks pointing upwards and outwards from the hut on an angle, once it's finished. Once the bricks are all dry, have Rolf lay them in the shape of a hut over the fire (which we will have gotten going by the time they're dry.) Have Hans and Picky go searching along the rockier parts of the beach for flint, testing it for sparkiness against Picky's pick.

Use branches and leaves to finish the shelter. Also have someone sharpen some sticks into makeshift spears.

Minecraft bad? How about Dwarf Fortress bad?
