Let me know what you've got and we can see about not wasting your work on account of me forgetting to put this in the wiki.

Edit: also, I've gone through (yet again...) and made sure everything I have is on the wiki now. I thought I'd done this twice before but apparently not.

The moment the lever was pulled, somebody's pet kitten stepped onto the bridge. I read somewhere that if a cat falls more than 11 stories, it instinctively flares its legs out to increase air resistance. This slows it down enough to stick the landing with relatively minor injuries. In Dwarf Fortress, apparently, cats don't do that.

Worst pokemon attempt ever:
[ IMAGE REMOVED ]

I WILL come up with a better version. :P

Edit:
Okay, working on new implementation:

Did some work on redrawing several backsprites to match the palettes of their respective frontsprites (that would be all of them except for those that aren't implemented yet and Magaphant).

Oh hey that means that Magamette and Vulcaphant are ready for implementation! Neat.

Oh wait. EV's.

Aww it's cute! The only problem I see is that I'm not sure which mon it is. :P It looks buggy and wormy and like it's in a flame.

Edit: also, if you want to fiddle with the Macookie sprite at some point it could probably use less outlining and more glyphgryphawesomeness.

Ohhhh... WoW has messed up my visualization of imps. My main was a warlock, so for me all imps look like this and are named Gakfip.

I'm is pretty much one of the most generic terms around. It refers to any mischief-causing spirit in any of dozens of shapes and sizes and most often they're supposed to be completely invisible, and modern games have thrown up a whole bunch MORE meaning of imps.

But to be accurate, imps=goblins.

Final version, pyresprite:

Hm, not sure if this is intentional or not, but it's worth noting that at level 5 perlihorn cannot beat boatborn. Not sure if you guys plan to make them and uncarp the actual starters, or if it's intentional that perlihorn get's it's ass beat, but that's your peoples choice.
Edit: Also, brumble's sprite seems a bit low on the platform, I may suggest raising it a bit but again, your choice.

Yeah we discussed that at length and then decided that nobody gives a shit about the first battle anyway.

Gotcha. Ok.
Odor Sluth at level 6 though, clever and I approve deliciously.

At least I think that's what the conclusion was. I think we were also debating whether the first battle should be winnable at all, or that the rival should pick the mon that's weak to yours.

Huh. I do believe I should start keeping up with this a bit more.
