You type in the passwords. They do nothing.

You leave the terminal and search for keys to the doors. There's not many places to look. The room itself is bare except for the computer - no rugs, plants, or anything you'd expect to be sitting here. Maybe a couch.

You notice something on the upstairs right door. A circle has been lightly etched into it. You check the middle door and notice a straight line similar to the circle. On the left door, you see a z.

You check the lower door. It appears to have a bizarre looking three etched with a little triangle floating behind it.

You go to check the entrance door, but it is too badly splintered to see any etchings. You retire for a while.

Don't have time to post meaningfully right now, but I'll try to do so later.  I'm also trying to think about how the game works.

Given how this is set up, I think it's supposed to be a callback to both KWN and KWN:II.  There's a reason why Webadict is telling us who the present Webadict is (that being, yes, me), and I'm wondering if it's a situation like the first game where my dying will just cause a spirit thing to happen.

And because we know who can be Webadict already (and the behavior of the first posting seems to map well to Pandar's initial post), I also wonder if there's a possibility that killing everyone on that list would do it, and then killing me, so that the spirit doesn't have anywhere to plant itself--possibly after doing something with the environment to make it possible.

Does anyone have information on how to win the game?  Individual win cons?  Anything?

They're all languages I have a good reason to believe the target of the question should speak.  It started with looking up how to say "Are you the Webadict?" in Klingon and went from there.

Orange:  In the interest of full disclosure, I have a bullet with the same directions on it too.




Toaster searchs the room for items, while trying all the doors to see which ones open.  Any that do get a quick glance around the inside without stepping all the way through.

Think there are any other user combinations that work?  It's worth nothing that there's no option 2 (the options follow the password combo, and that the second menu has options out of order.)

No idea what Misfires do.  Extra Wincons sounds like third parties, Reload sounds like the Webadict can put more bullets in the turret, and Lose Extras sounds like Irony's idea of any in-turret bullets are lost at end of night.

Misfires sound like a random chance of a boolit not working. Maybe it applies to the turret.
