A move breakdown of the character(s) that I really, really want added to the new smash bros via DLC:
This is for Team Chaotix, as a cross between Rosalina/Luma and Duck Hunt. Vector functions similar to the dog, Espio like the duck, and Charmy as Luma. The distinction for Charmy as to ground and air while seperated from Vector/Espio is how far off the ground Charmy is; while attached, Charmy uses the same state that Vector/Espio are in.
Neutral Ground Attack: Espio attacks forward, as does charmy; Espio: 2% Charmy 1%. This is followed by Vector stepping in with a punch and charmy attacking again; Vector 3% Charmy 1%. This is followed by Vector swinging Espio foward and Espio making a transendant priority attack with longer range and higher knockback while charmy starts a series of jabs while the button is held; Espio 4% Charmy (1% each).
Dash Attack: Vector grabs Espio and Charmy (if charmy is in range), and rolls forward. The rolling ball bristles with spikes that deal damage to anyone they pass. Charmy does not do a Dash Attack on his own. Without Charmy: 4% hitting up to 3 times With Charmy: 6% hitting up to 4 times.
Forward Tilt: Vector throws a punch, while charmy kicks. Vector: 11% Charmy: 6%
Up Tilt: Espio jabs outwards five times, first behind, directly up for the third, and directly forward on the last; very little knockback means that all five can connect with a character with under 70% damage (over 70% only 4 will connect, only 3 over 83%, only 2 over 96%, and only one will hit over 109%). Charmy rises into the air with an uppercut. Espio: 5% each Charmy: 7%
Down tilt: Vector swings Espio in a circle, pulling foes in, while Espio jabs outwards, hitting foes further out and pushing away. Charmy casts pollen outwards, hitting all around and causing mild flowering. Vector (Espio's body): 11% Espio (Tip): 14% Charmy: 4%
Forward Smash: Vector takes a Bite out of Crime, can be followed by Espio tossing a throwing star if followed by the same button (star can be angled). Charmy charges blindly ahead with a strong kick. Vector: 20-28% Espio: 8% at long range Charmy: 8% with a lot of movement
Up Smash: Vector throws Espio into the air, where he throws kicks in all eight directions. This causes damage to Team Chaotix if Espio hits someone while being flung. Charmy excecutes a backflip, drawing people in and hitting up to 5 times. Most effective where Charmy can puch foes in to be hit by Espio. Vector (Espio as projectile): 7%, 9% to self. Espio: 6% each Charmy: 2% each
Down Smash: Espio throws three ninja stars ahead (one up-ish, one down-ish) and then another behind, with good range. Can be comboed into the second part of the Neutral Ground attack while Espio is throwing behind. Charmy just does his down tilt. Espio: 6% per ninja star
Neutral Aerial: Espio swings Vector by the tail, first down/forward, then up/behind, which affects their momentum proportionally; first towards ground, and then moves them upwards, giving them some extra air and can be used as a weak recovery; also turns them around as a side effect. Charmy does a "Sex Kick", as it's called. Vector: 12% down w/ meteor effect, 10% up with vertical knockback Charmy: 8% clean, 6% mid, 2% late
Forward Aerial: Espio throws some ninja stars, three in a row, as he descends, while Vector does a "Sex Kick". Charmy does his side tilt as if on the ground. Espio: 6% per ninja star Vector: 8% clean, 13% late
Back Aerial: Vector does a Headbutt, Charmy does not have a Back Aerial. Vector: 12%
Up Aerial: Vector lobs a fireball upwards, then falls on his back. Can be followed by pressing the button again with Espio kicking forwards and backwards, causing Vector to not fall on his back. Charmy climbs into the sky spreading pollen behind. Vector: 18% Espio: 2% front, 5% back Charmy: 3% body slam, 0% for pollen but flower effect
Down Aerial: Vector Stalls-then-falls, using Espio as a drill, finishing off with an explosion after a few hits (also on landing) that has a Meteor effect and propells Team Chaotix back up a tiny bit. Charmy also Stall-then-fall with a drill, but does not go back up while seperated. Espio/Vector: 2% per hit, 6% on explosion Charmy: 1% per hit
Grab Aerial: Espio swings Vector forward, vector grabs with his jaws, dealing mild damage. Very short range for a zair, but if Charmy is close enough Espio will swing Charmy who swings Vector forward, increasing the range slightly. Can be used as a Tether Recovery. Grab damage: 4%
Grab: Espio flings Vector forward, who grabs foes in his jaws. This cancel a dash, but will have more reach if used to do so. Grabbing the foe will deal mild damage, at 6%! Charmy does not grab.
Pummel: Vector chews on the opponent. 3% damage.
Forward throw: Vector spits out the opponent onto the ground (causing them to fly up after bouncing) then spit a fireball upwards. This will deal 8% initial damage as the foe bounces, then usually 8% more damage if the fireball connects, though as a projectile it can hit other foes!
Back throw: Espio rips the foe out of Vector's mouth, and flings him back and away after Vector and Espio spin once. Deals 12% damage.
Up throw: Vector tilts his head back and spits the foe upwards, followed by a fireball as his forwards throw. 4% spit, 8% fireball
Down throw: Espio pulls the foe out of Vector's jaws, and slams them downwards, dealing 4% initial damage. Vector then dances on them for 3 hits, dealing 2% per hit; the final hit will launch opponents either upwards, or down through a platform! If this happens, then the landing on a lower platform (if close enough that the foe doesn't recover) will deal an aditional 4% damage.
Getup attack: Vector does a rising bite ahead, then rapidly turns around to follow with a bite behind. Turns them around. Charmy does a backflip, similar to the up smash but with less damage and 6 hits. Vector: 4% ahead, 5% behind Charmy: 1% per hit
Edge attack: Espio holds a ninja star in his hand as he leaps onto the stage, with a short-range overhand swipe. Then pulls Vector up, with another overhead swipe with longer reach. Charmy cannot grab edges or do an edge attack. Espio: 9% Vector: 6%
Neutral Special: Bee Bomber: Charmy is thrown by Vector as a ranged Projectile, exploding when hit. Charmy can attack independently, but can also be KOd easily! Repeating the move returns Charmy to the group.
Side Special: Charmy Sting: Charmy attacks with a sharp stinger, dealing little damage but paralyzing foes briefly. Espio will throw a throwing star if Charmy is not nearby.
Up Special: Bubblegum Bomb: Vector and Espio rise into the air on a big balloon of bubblegum. It will explode for major damage at the end, or if attacked!
Down Special: Ninja Stealth: Vector cloaks himself and Vector, becoming invisible. Being caught in the smoke can stun foes temporarily, but attacking will uncloak you!
Final Smash: Band Beat-Up: The Chaotix Crew splits up and runs randomly all over the screen, beating everyone up with instruments. Guest appearances by Mighty, Knuckles, and some others. Like, there's seven Chaotix Crew members beating up everyone. Espio, Vector, and Charmy all return to their previous locations at the end of the Final Smash.
Alternate Specials:
Neutral 2: Bee Balista: Charmy is thrown with a large arc, dealing more damage if he hits but not exploding.
Neutral 3: Ring Bee: When Charmy hits someone, he attaches a Ring Chain to them, and cannot move farther than the chain from that person.
Side 2: Sever Alergies: Charmy's stings put foes to sleep; Espio still throws a normal ninja star.
Side 3: Explosive Beehind: Charmy's sting will explode, as will Espio's Special Ninja Star.
Up 2: Rapid Bubblegum Ascent: The balloon of bubblegum is larger, and Vector rises faster with it. However, it still explodes if hit, and now deals damage to Vector when it explodes.
Up 3: Steel Bubblegum: The baloon cannot explode, and does not pop when struck. Vector rises slightly faster than normal, but the baloon CAN be used as a platform now.
Down 2: Leaf Tornado: Instead of a puff of smoke, Espio creates a whirling wind that hurts more; he deosn't turn invisible, though.
Down 3: Ninja Agility: Espio's cloak doesn't create smoke to hurt anyone, but Espio and Vector can move much faster while cloaked.
