Worship during the operation, KY needs every bit of power

KY:
1) Take some invisible, stealthy form
2) Magically attack the keep, focus on disabling their evil detecting capabilities\keeping awake mages busy
3) Aid Green Imps in laying illusions\hiding Undegrounders
4) Aid airforce (keep titaneghoul sedated, make dragons stronger, hide them)
5) Attack the Keep in Barlog form if things go very  good

Undegrounders:
25 Green Imps
25 Black imps
5 Greater Spectres
Dal'Kahh the Avaricious
10 Armed cultists
Amberashs packs (in bags, as much as soldiers can carry weithout losing much stealth)

Orders: Try to sneak past scout\guards (don't kill, sneak, use green imps for invisibility\hypnosis... If noticed, try to kill guards before they raise an alarm) Start digging a tunnel near one of the wall, get inside, start killings (try to focus on priests and mages) . Dal'Kahh the Avaricious should know about Titaneghoul and retreat earlier.... other will not know about Titaneghoul, it's not like we can't afford losing them

Airforce
10 Black dragons, sedated Titaneghoul

Orders: Throw it (from not very high attitude, of cause) in the center of the keep. fifteen minutes after Undegrounders enter the keep. Provide fire support, after delivering the "present" ( Of cause try not get near Titaneghoul)
If undegrounders fail or alarm is raised, throw Titaneghoul as fast as possible
Dragons should retreat if things look to dangerous for them

Hidden reserves:
100 Spectres, 5 Greater Spectres
Stay not far away, attack if the operation go very good

I too, concede to the planning of my fellow strategists.

Though, we'd be losing our superweapon (and dealing a lot of damage still) if we do fail with this.

Well, it's a lot less boring than your previous plans, it is pretty demonic, and it would be an excellent use of the Titaneghoul.

I think we should switch part of the 10 to cultists experienced in magic, as they may have some wards or such as defense. Stupid idea I had. The plan is sound and my vote is now set.

once alarm is raised, just put everything on fire and retreat. or death lazor from underground? I have a mental image of a pillar of fire surging from right under the dungeon, shaking its fundations. Be careful not to drop it on you however.

Having this kind of surprise attack has a chance of hamstringing/totally eliminating their magical protection at comparatively little cost.

Question: What is 'very good', as a condition of having the Spectres+KY attack?
In terms of casualties, 250? 500? 1000?
Or would you be more interested in their morale? The state of their magical defences?

Very good: In general I guess, referring to their general defenses against a demon (so, yes. Magical defense and how effective our assassination attempt was), The overall cohesion of their soldiers (morale lowered or loss in commanders as well).

I say moral and ammount of chaos is more important. We can always flee if needed. Go in strike fast, and when they start to organise an real defence. Get out of there.

IMO Very good =
either 1) Serious panic and disorganization 15 minutes after the present is delievered
or 2) 3\4th of magical and divine defence is destroyed and Titaneghoul is still fighting
or 3) casaulities 750+ and Titaneghoul is still fighting
