Seriously, guys, don't make me reverse my decision. If I was fine with that kind of stuff, would I have shot down your ideas of prostitution and rape to get superpowers?

Instead of fluids. How about we either need the consent of a person to copy/take the power, or if we touch a body part that's been separated?

A Good way and a (potentially) Bad way.

E: just to clarify, I mean that our character would be able to use either of these in-story. I'm not having it as two different choices we need to pick from now, and then our character has to use only one.

Problem is, I like working out a "justification" for why powers work the way they do. It's a quirk, but it certainly helps when people try using it in odd manners.
