I was thinking it would make it easier to obtain/use money, which is of course every villain's dream. Obviously, Robid Hoon wouldn't be a communist.

Begin founding "evil banks of doom," which are just normal banks but with a more ominous atmosphere inside, with any funds available.

Set up a lab in the dungeons. Having cages, restraints, and torture implements at the ready will likely prove invaluable.

Also: I can roll an 8 on a regular basis, my spells can become highly overpowered at my whim, I can effortlessly create any element I choose, and every 3 turns I can become immune to 1's.
