I really think we should tell him of the suggesting woman, with telepathic powers. I mean, he just said about his bro, that he would like more info. What is the harm of telling him of it?

Its the timing in the conversation I don't like. He has already dismissed us. It is also likely he heard about it from that knight/officer that went with it, or even from us when we briefed him.

It was noteworthy enough to be virtually impossible to gloss over without pushing Evanson into another oath of secrecy, not to mention your squire, the soldiers, your sister and her handmaiden all have a vague idea of what was going on.

I say tell him on the way out but...hey if he won't listen no biggie.

We are the prince and we will deal with her. By the way if we capture her i say maker her into our slave or kill her from attempted murder.

We should be prepared to deal with her if we find her again, but I wouldn't say she is worth hunting down. We have that book of anti-mind control now, and did a good enough job resisting her without it.

You decide it would probably be best to spend some time with your sisters before the wedding. Ritalia will be gone soon, and it would be nice to all spend some time together. You recall that is how you used to spend a large portion of your time, and mourn that all things must change.

The next day you arrange to eat lunch with your sisters, and shortly thereafter just spend time with one another.
Ritalia arrives in a beautiful dress, wearing a smile to boot. She seems tired and strained though, you imagine the preparations for the future are wearing on her. Catherine seems a little sad, and insists to be seated as near Ritalia as possible. Mary is difficult to get seated at all, but takes to the food with gusto once she does.

What kind of lunch is this? If we can a toast to our *kind hearted and tired sister* should be in order. Plus it would get Catherine to stop clinching on to her.

I know hearted is spelled wrong but im tired and can't be bothered to fix right now.

I think we should avoid the topic of the marriage. We should try to get her smiling , maybe tell a couple of jokes. Perhaps a mock sword fight with all our sisters.

+1 but no sword fights. it's lunch and catherine is not atm up for a fight.

EDIT: maybe hint at the fact that our present may not come in time.

You try to keep things lighthearted. You joke with your sisters and just make an effort to talk to them. You didn't know, but Catherine is apparently interested in taking archery lessons, and had intended to ask father to arrange it for her after the wedding. Mary ruined a dress the other day, she seems quite pleased about it, though she's annoyed the nursemaid is making a point of not having it replaced, forcing her to wear what dresses she has. Catherine laughs at this, and says she could probably repair her own dresses if need be, though she'd prefer to let servants do it.
Ritalia fetches her bird to show to your sisters, fleet-wing she calls him, and Ritalia laughs at you when you are briefly confused by the name, thinking she meant a fleet of ships, when she meant merely fast. You blush in embarassement, but it's all in good fun, and everyone seems to have a pleasant time of it.

I'd break the news of the impending barnoing to Sekhon and arrange a backup wedding gift through him in case the smith dosn't pull through, and then time skip until the Groom and his party Shows up. We should try to socialize with the Aldbert nobles a bit before the wedding if possible.

Oh and maybe we can have the knight commander's dauther help Catherine with her lessons. We already had the warmage apprentice do so.

I think she is one of the women traveling with us, so she will not be available right after the wedding.

I beleive your right. But unless she becomes the new knight commander {if they have bloodline succesion} we could offer her a position as our sister's archery master during the trip. If she teaches her well then we can try and get her something nice like being a lieutenant{sub-commandante or whatever. i mostly want her as a royal advice giver to the captain and his troops. We don't want them to pillage villages because it won't be good for our noble image} in our Mercenary company or some barony. Anything to sweeten her into helping our sister.
